Senior Managing Director at several of the largest global investment banking concerns.

I observed a gap in the high end property management space.  I noticed that properties in excess of $10M were not being managed or if they were, by individuals not familiar and verse with asset protection and appreciation, let alone the wherewithal of properly maintaining a valuable investment.  They were more of a “house watcher”, rather than a property manager.  I am proactive, not reactive and I realize that I am entrusted with an extremely valuable asset and my goal is to increase the value of that asset for the homeowner, while simultaneously lowering your burdens of ownership.
